How does billing work?

Plans work per building, and not per user. There is a minimum commitment of 25 spaces. So you can start with a paid plan from 50 euro per month. In case you pay annually you get 2 months for free.

Can other info be added to an invoice?

At the moment, the only way to add additional information to invoices is to add the information to the workspace's name.

Can I change my plan later?

What is defined as a space?

A space can be a room, an asset or even a bigger outdoor area. Before starting of, you should map the area or building that you would like to manage. Our friendly team will work with you to get you up and running as soon as possible.

Is there a free trial available?

Yes, you can try FixForm for free for 14 days. The plan is limited in time and you will only be able to add 3 spaces to your building.
