As we scale rapidly, we need a high-energy, proactive Customer Success Manager who’s eager to dive in and make an impact. If you love building relationships, solving problems, and driving product adoption, this role is for you.
As our Customer Success Manager (CSM), you’ll be the bridge between FixForm and our customers, ensuring they have a great experience with FixForm and get the most value from our platform. You’ll turn customers into FixForm champions by helping them streamline their facility management operations. We’re looking for someone communicative, and strategic—a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What will you be doing
- Building relationships – Establish trust with customers, guiding them to success from onboarding to long-term adoption.
- Owning the customer journey – Be the primary point of contact, anticipating client needs and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
- Identifying opportunities – Spot ways to deliver even more value through tailored solutions and product recommendations.
- Bridging gaps – Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their feedback drives continuous improvement at FixForm and collaborate with the product team.
- Boosting engagement – Conduct training, webinars, and hands-on support to maximize user adoption. Training not only the facility manager but also their team or collegues.
- Ensuring retention – Monitor customer health, proactively address churn risks, and foster loyalty.
- Resolving escalations – Address customer concerns quickly and professionally, ensuring positive outcomes.
- Create a FixForm Community – Work closely with Marketing to organize engaging events and workshops that strengthen customer relationships and drive adoption.
About you

- Experience – Proven experience in customer success or a client-facing role (preferably in SaaS or tech).
- Communication skills – Clear, empathetic, and persuasive communicator who can build strong relationships.
- Problem-solving mindset – A proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges.
- Adaptability – Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Team player – Collaborates well with different teams to drive success.
- Language skills – Fluency in Dutch, English, and French is a must.
